In the cartoon above there is a line of people wating to go into the unemployment office. One of the men standing in line is saying"united we stand". this is an example of satire because it is making fun of the United States. Although we say "united we stand" tons of people are unemployed and no one helps them out. This cartoon makes the people wait in line look angry at the country
